UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST MINISTERS ASSOCIATION

The Unitarian Universalist Ministers Association is a 1,900-member professional organization for ministers in the US and around the world.  I was on  the executive committee of the local Chapter (CUUMA – Chesapeake UUMA),  have been a mentor and coach, and served as the president of the entire  UUMA.  In this position, I guided our Board into good governance, working with an Executive Director on increasing the power and influence of the UUMA for its members and in collaboration with the UUA denomination.
